SEC "Solnyshko" was built on August 25, 2017. The structure assumes high traffic during rush hour and average traffic during the rest of the working time. Due to the unusual shape of the mall, a specially shaped duct system was required to provide aeration throughout the building without stagnation.
Stages of work
- Analysis of the premises. Allcorp3 engineers spent 3 days studying the construction plans and the building itself to find areas where there is almost no air circulation.
- Project development. For the next 7 days, our specialists drew up drawings of the future ventilation system and coordinated it with the head.
- Preparatory work. The building already had a basic duct network, but it would not have been enough for half the room. Therefore, we marked out the places for new air ducts, ventilation grilles and air conditioners.
- It took our employees 3 weeks to create a new ventilation system. The length of the network was 1,230 meters. Now, even in case of an emergency (fire, gas pollution), the system will supply up to 3,000 people with fresh air.
- System testing and project completion. For 10 days, Allcorp3 engineers checked the ventilation performance. No malfunctions were identified, so the next inspection of the system was scheduled in a month. The project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
Result
Economical ventilation system for shopping and entertainment center with temperature control and emergency air circulation. The system is resistant to heavy loads, and high-quality materials increase the service life. The location of the system is invisible to visitors and will not cause inconvenience to service personnel.
