Purpose
CPR maskis intended for use as afirstaid device in case of accidents, injuries, poisoning and other conditions with respiratory arrest for “mouth-to-mask’ ventilation at healthcare institutions, mobile medical units, ambulance vehicles, in field and at home. CPR mask may be applied in both adults and children.

CPR mask consists of the mask (mask cover, connected tothe breathing bag) and one-way valve. At the top of the cover, there is a connector for ‘one-way valve attachment. At the edge of the wide end of the outer edge of the cover, there is a port for oxygen tube with a cover. In the central partof the inner cover side, there isa depression forthe patient's nose, Breathing bag is an elastic container filled with air with a depression for the patient's nose. One-way valve is an assembly of hollow cylinders with various cross-section area, interconnected using cismountable joints. Top cylinder, intended for air supply to the CPR ‘mask, is equipped by the integrated filter and shutter, preventing the risk of contamination ofthe user by the exhaled air and vomit from the patient during resuscitation, External surface ofthe bottom cylinder is intended for attachment to the connector on the top of the mask. Bottom cylinder also has an opening for the possibility of discharge of theairexhaled bythe patient.
