Purpose: for temporary arrest of bleeding in case of injury of arterial vessels of the lower and upper limbs.

Tourniquets ZHK-01 and ZHK-02 „MEDPLANT“ have a lowtightening pitch, so it’s required more rotations to arrest bleeding.Such tourniquets are "soft".Classic analogues of MEDPLANT tourniquets are "hard". Their identification feature is high tightening pitch. Such tourniquets need usually 2 -3 rotations to arrest bleeding. A new tourniquet ZHK-03-“MEDPLANT“ has a medium tightening pitch and makes 3 - 5 rotations in average to arrest bleeding.Such tourniquet has a semi-hard tightening rate,which significantlyreduces the tourniquet application time for an injured.

- Combination double slot buckle with jags for better fixation
- Built-in elastic element in the band for extra compression
- When rotating the windlass rod, two straps reel up and tighten the band
- The reel and the rod are positioned in the plane along the band plane
