New plastic case development takes into account all wishes of physicians that have arisen over decades of their use:
While the external dimensions of the case have been increased slightly, the internal usable volume has become much larger, and the view of the contents has been improved by increasing the opening degree of the flaps. Now the case can hold more than two hundred ampoules in trays alone with easier access to them and the medical equipment.
The flat top of cases allows stacking them for easy storage. In addition, the case can now be used as a stand or seat for the patient or the physician.
The durability and usability of the case has increased significantly due to structural improvements and higher quality heat and vandal resistant plastic. Thanks to these improvements the case can withstand the load up to 100 kg and the temperature up to 50C.
New 1-2 ml and 5-10 ml plastic ampoule cases have been added, designed to be placed in trays, as well as at the bottom of the plastic case or in specially designed cells inside the flaps. It is possible to combine the use of traditional lodgements with vertically oriented ampoule cases. This solution made it possible to increase (when necessary) the number of conveniently placed and well-protected ampoules up to 250-270 pieces and enabled medical personnel to choose the optimal combination of traditional lodgements and new plastic ampoule cases.
The new plastic case design allows the manipulating table to be placed in previously empty areas within the flaps, while providing a section at the case bottom for additional contents.
Special shoulder strap fixation points have appeared.
There is space inside the plastic case for a LED flashlight, and PVC pouches outside the case to store waste and personal protective equipment.
Removable partitions were added to the bottom and tray.
The lodgement is made of the new moisture resistant EVA material. The lodgement design considers all wishes of emergency doctors to accommodate ampoules of different volumes
